Never received my package

I was informed that this package was delivered to my apartment on Thursday, December 26th but I was out of town so I was unable to pick it up on that day. When I arrived back in the area on Saturday, December 28th the package was not there. I emailed Necklacespring support on January 1st to inquire if there was anything that could be done on their end in this situation and never heard back.
